How We Work

• Measure - We survey your home taking away sizes and a general requirement of your needs.
• Price – we send you your quotation based on the survey. We don’t quote high to go low; we are rubbish negotiators so we always quote the best price we can.
• Showroom - Having received your quotation, we really encourage you to visit our showroom and workshop. Here we can show you designs, colours, hardware, trim etc… in comfortable surroundings. We find this produces the best results and avoids any nasty surprises.
• Measure twice – cut once - We revisit your home to check all measurements based on our discussions and proceed to manufacture.
• Install – we fit your new doors and windows at the agreed time – ensuring we minimise any disturbance. We leave your home how we found it removing all the old glazing, frames etc.
• Ensuring you are happy – following the installation we do a final visit to ensure everything is as it should be and hand over your guarantee and certificates.
